When it comes to attracting talented contributors, Quarasan is happy to work in many different ways. We have full-time team members and term-of-project (TOP) team members. We also work with freelance team members and consulting contributors that contract with us for specific periods or for a specific assignment, such as writing a chapter or illustrating a 12-page reader.

Our hiring process is thoughtful, deliberate, and extensive. Not everyone will thrive in every environment, so we work carefully to ensure that we make good matches. We strive to hire people who are excited to build a new vision and eager to grow as individuals.

Flexibility, adaptability, ingenuity, and resiliency are keys to success at Quarasan. This can and will be an incredible environment for the right people. We want to make sure that those considering joining us, regardless of role, take the time to get to know us and determine whether this opportunity and organization will be right for them. Quarasan possesses vision, is always willing to take a hard and constructive look at itself on an ongoing basis, and believes in its own future—and doing everything it takes to get there.

This chart will help you better understand the many ways we work and will help you determine how you might like to work with us.
